Xdebug

Really good talk, easy to understand and delivered with good live usage examples. Went at a good pace and as a result I'm going to make a lot more effort to use Xdebug in future.

I've used XDebug for a while now for profiling. Following this talk I've already got Netbeans setup for remote debugging and am trying out some of the other settings covered. One of the more immediately useful talks of the conference to me; things I can try on Monday to make my life easier. Derek has a slightly rambling presentation style, but I always enjoy his talks, not least because you are guaranteed a live demo or two.

So great to attend a talk from the author of a tool that I use every day and to learn more about its abilities. Brilliant!

I've been using xdebug at work and not really knowing what was going on, so the talk was great to bridge my gap. Didn't realise there were extensions to chrome and opera so shall be installing them :)

Good wrap-up about the tools possibilities and its evolution. As a daily Xdebug user, I really appreciated it.

It was very nice to be shown some interesting features of Xdebug, some I knew and some I learned :)
