Great well-paced talk, terrific content, mind-blowing demo. Brilliant.
Good speech
Great speech, video recording tool looks awesome!
Agree completely with this talk, engaging and well delivered. Thank you! :):)
Part of me was glad that some of the ideas Michael was presenting we are already doing where I am, but still plenty of things we are not doing, and things we should be looking at certainly.
The 'money shot' was of course the demo, which I think amazed the entire room.
Great content, well presented, can't say much more than that!
This was a fun talk with quite a bit of energy and some really good examples. I'm not sure if the vim example was a massively useful one for most people but it was the coolest and has inspired me to go and do a bit of research on that.
I felt that at the end you mentioned there are some things that should not be automated, and while I can think of a few, it would have been good to hear you say it.
There was even an XKCD comic included :)
Can't give this a 5 star because he didn't teach me how to automate my scores on joind.in.
Brilliant. Delivered like a true evangelist. Very inspiring and Michael took care to include personal examples of his use of automation for cool and fun things.
Loved the demo of the vim player, made my jaw drop a little :)
Good fun - especially the VIM automation.
If I'm being really critical, felt it ran out of steam mid way through, could have done with a few more real world examples rather than just talking about tools, other than that, really enjoyed it. Thanks.
Fun talk, quite inspiring, and +100 points for Vim.
There is another XKCD ("Packages") which also happens to fit the theme of the talk :) https://xkcd.com/576/
Great talk and very well delivered by Michael. The demo was awesome!
Great talk very informative and inspiring. Although certain parts felt repetitive.
Very informative, however timing could be improved (too fast at the beginning, too slow at the end).
