Developers come in all forms and sizes but putting them together doesn’t automatically transform them into a team. One of the keys to creating a successful team of developers in my opinion is a great developer culture. In this talk I will try to explain why developer culture is so important and share how we grew a developer culture for one of the biggest airports in Europe.

Lots of good takeaways on building a good developer culture. Glad to see many things my team is doing already, but lots to build on!
Excellent talk. Was great to get some insight from real experience in building up a team from scratch both logistically what that takes and also what you need internally to properly "grow" a team.
Anyone who is even slightly responsible for recruiting/managing for development teams should view this as required reading. And even if you're on the other end of the scales, see this anyway, it gives you a great view into what you should look for in an employer.
A very good insight into a personal (and relevant) experience of building a team. It's a highly subjective topic so this will probably resonate differently with different audiences, but there were some good lessons about valuing soft skills and a "right fit" over supreme technical expertise.
A good delivery, good structure, and very engaging speaker. The highlight of the conference for me.
