Pim gave us really practical tips & insights we could really use in our company. Along with his enthusiastic way of talking he is a good speaker to listen to. I also want to thank Pim to take his time to answer me and others questions.
I think all the right components were there and seeing it was the first time speaking, Pim did amazing, but his story could use some cleaning up. For one his examples tie in very strongly with the Scrum methodology while I think a lot of his points are true outside the Scrum eco system as well. Let's call them universal truths? I'd love to see the talk rewritten but instead leaving out anything related to Scrum, and just extracting this lessons learned.

Nice presentation with some insightful tips. Also liked the way the presentation was setup, easy to follow.
