Not a bad talk by any means. Perhaps slightly heavy on bullet points and light on new things (seemed a bit like preaching to the choir). Could also do with some hands on tips on how to find open source projects that are worth the time. Nonetheless, keep up the good work promoting open source, without it PHP wouldn't exist!
