Great ending to a great weekend (loved the host & perfect food). One tip for next year: please make the numbers digital (attached to your ticketnumber?) to prevent waiting/giving everyone a raffle ticket.
The Jeopardy was cool, the length of the closing was too long. After Jeopardy it was a long slog until the socials. It didn't help that we were constantly reminded that the socials would be in a bit.
It might be hard to improve this because of all the stuff that has to be done during the Closing & Raffles.
Totally love the raffle, but to speed things up a bit more using a raffler (Ramon de la Fuente seems to be good at writing them) instead of hand-drawn tickets might be a wise decision. Saves a great deal of time getting people to/from the stage.
Jeophpardy was really nice as well.
Also, it's really great that you show the after movie (rough edit) during the closing ceremony. Great way to recap the event.

A game at the end of a conference is an excellent idea, and the additional sponsor-love given by adding them in the game was a very smart move.
I didn't find the whole thing boring at all, compared to other conferences. Handing out tickets just before the raffle clearly solved the problem of people winning who had already gone home (which is absolutely the most boring thing that can happen), so well done. Maybe next year we can point a camera at the audience and have some AI pick winners directly...

I think the raffle could be improved by using a computer just picking a random name from the list of all tickets sold.

Jeopardy was hilarious. Food was good. Company was fantastic. Bumper cars were doubly painful (but awesome).
Jeophpardy has to return next year! That's the second year, and next year it should have a real clear timeslot in the evening.
Next year I'll win an Elephpant for sure!
