I've had Phan on my shortlist of 'things to dive in to' for a while now, and Patrick convinced me to do that sooner rather then later.
The live demo he gave was a nice introduction of first trying to find the errors with the group, and then run Phan to see if we've missed things.
Afterwards going through some more settings gave an extra insight of what is possible.
Also the new daemon mode and IDE integration makes me really excited about using it.

I liked quick demo on what is possible with phan. Trying to predict and correct errors before running phan was also quite cool.
