Very short (15 min). Nothing special.
Agree with the sentiment of the talk - developers all too often re-invent the wheel, and we can help each other via open source and packing our solutions. However it was quite a short talk, and didn't really add anything new to my knowledge or experience personally. Having said that, if it persuades one new developer to package up their solutions, then it's done its job.

Way too short , there was nothing about problems, nothing about using multiple packages as submodules in dev . etc.
