I have to admit that the topic is very huge. I think the approach with git branches is cool. I would have done a more detail introduction on CMF components and bundles. But great talk.
@massimiliano: will see what i can do. but with the fixtures that load data, you can basically do tests just as with any symfony project: http://symfony.com/doc/current/book/testing.html - so indeed it would be easy to also demo that.
