Go is a minimal, compiled language which is ideal for creating microservices. You have heard of it, but can a humble PHP developer versed in OOP and Agile approach Go and prosper? In this talk Daniel will attempt to draw out the parallels and differences between PHP and Go and give you the confidence to try Go for yourself.

Little bit awkward and frenetic, but in an entertaining way as it turned out.
I would have loved to have seen more reasons why you might use Go, examples of where it beats PHP etc
The live coding went well and Dan handled the inevitable issues well. Sometimes things happened very quickly though!
