Really important topic, well pitched and needed at tech talks. I'd encourage you to do this talk more at other tech meetups. Some great quick tips on how to improve.

Spot on, really interesting, and what needs to be said.

Really great topic well delivered!

Really good talk, nice tone. And nice suggestions. It's a good topic to be discussing now, we have got to get better at this.

A strong introduction to an important topic in STEM. Would be quite interested in a longer talk or workshop on the subject because equality and diversity are both so easily neglected by companies and their management teams.

An important topic that people miss or misunderstand. Diversity across STEM (and not only)!

This presentation provides awareness and initiate people to think and that's the most important aspect.

Good delivery, with really good slides, readable with care on the artistic aspect and some great suggestions on how to shift mindsets.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide some reference and facts to support some of the bullet points.

Understanding the limited time, this should be incorporated in a longer talk as well.

Nice one!

I loved the fact that you addressed why diversity in tech is important. So many people say things like "We should have more diversity in tech", but very few give reasons as to why it is important. I thought your slide towards the end with all the reasons was great.

Slides were good.
Delivery was excellent.

Great talk!
