Excellent workshop. Many of the tools referenced are ones that I've looked at, but have not *yet* had a chance to implement. I certainly feel more confident in my ability to do so after attending this presentation.
The concept of quality assurance being a means to boost team spirit was especially enlightening. Thanks for presenting!
