Not all projects are created equal. Next to those awesome projects where everything is perfect, including the end product you deliver to the client, there's also the projects you hate and wished you'd never taken on. During this talk, I'll tell you about some of the projects I've been on that were all but perfect and how I handled them, or should've handled them.

Great talk, very well presented. Stefan really improved his "soft skills" talks over the last few years.

Good war stories without exposing too much client/project information ;) Maybe a bit too repetitive for my taste. The speaker should try to find some other examples that not only boil down to a lack of specification or maybe leave that part out for some of the examples in favor of the other problems mentioned.

Great talk. More funny as instructive but we were all with the speaker. Thanks for sharing the learnings of projects from hell. (-:

Really entertaining talk where I could often feel the real pain behind the stories. The specs were ok...

Funny and some wisdom to take away.
Would love some more technical details, but that's just me ;)

I'm working as a freelancer, too, so I could relate to many of the examples given. It's good to know I'm not alone there ;) And interesting how we make the same mistakes over and over again.
