provided some great insight on improving db performance
The content of the talk was at the level described. I enjoyed the talk, but he needs just a bit more confidence when answering questions.
Was more focused on MySQL than the actual interaction between the two, but very informative with a good final suggestion of "just learn SQL".
A great talk with lots of actionable steps to improve your codebase's performance. Appreciated all of the solutions to stated problems, instead of just listing a series of "do nots". Enjoyed this a lot.
