If You Build It, They Won't Come

Solid talk detailing experiences of what and what not to do when building communities. Not a position I'm in at the moment...maybe I'll get to work on some fun platform project at a later point...but still quite interesting, war stories included.

Learned there is much more to building an open source community than one might immediately think. Experienced reflection provided insight into some of the dynamics of building a community. If it's all about "you" they won't come - the title made sense after the talk.
