M5.11 - Transforming a Grade Change Form into an Electronic Document with Workflow

The presentation was not as straight forward as it should have been for non- technical members of the audience.

I still do not understand how the workflow notifies the next person on the hierarchy that they need to sign off on the form.

The workflow is a great idea with so many potential applications. Thank you for sharing the process you used to develop it. May be helpful to co-present next time with an instructional employee or student services staffer to give an end user perspective on how it is working. Thanks for including the screen shots in the presentation.

Definitely needed the assistance of an end user to make it easier to understand. I did get some useful tips on analyzing current forms' usage.

great topic. poor presenter--unprepared.

trouble getting to the point.

interesting topic and great idea, but weak delivery of material.

tech idea-great.

a needed topic. not presented very well. jumped around.

very good session in terms of the logistics of automating the grade change process. Brian was not the most dynamic presenter although he clearly knows his stuff.

great project; easily transferable to other institutions. nice job.

-was not quite intuned with the questions asked; a bit wordy at times.

Good content. Average delivery.

Applies only to UT-Austin system. Good content if we could do it.

we are developing this workflow for our University. I received some great information in this session.
