Kathie kinda took over the session; a bit self promoting. This session had a lot of potential, but didn't quite deliver.

a little difficult to follow, not the most practical. I feel like there's an expectation in the job force to be well-rounded, wish there was more advice on addressing weaknesses rather than ignoring them.
