Great session! Barbara Rowe reminded everyone no matter how busy we are in our workday we need to stop and pause to refresh ourselves. She gave an energizing presentation to relieve our day to day stress.
Infomercial stye was a bit distracting.
Not as wide coverage as I had hoped and as described on the program.
