Good, technical, and accurate list of important practices vital to scaling PHP applications. A little too much focus on Heroku specifically for my tastes, but that was expected and it was a great talk overall!

Interesting topic, never heard of the 12-factor before. I always enjoy a good demo during talks. Shows bravery! But in this one I think that people who are not familiar with heroku might not be able to follow what's going on during the demo.
