Project Management with Drupal: Get comfortable with Change

Projects on Drupal constantly evolve. It's important to start with a strong base to kick the project off smoothly. You also need to continue to evaluate the process throughout the project and how it is working for not only the developers but the stakeholders for the project. The best project is one that constantly evolves and allows the developers to stay focused on the work while the PM acts as the umbrella to all the politics from the business.
