Mr Phillips did a terrific job of addressing the issues their campus was facing and how they dealt with it. While BlueJeans was the focus of his campus solution, he also provided some great tips on improving the quality of video and audio for end users.

The auto-indexing and tagging of video looks amazing and has clear applications in the classroom. Cisco needs to understand that the Mac cannot be a second class citizen across the UC platform in Higher Ed.
