The speaker convinced me with this talk that chatbots aren't just a passing craze. The presentation it beautifully animated and very well designed (that's something that really caught my eye). I really liked the deep dive into statistics and hard numbers of users and chatbots on different platforms coupled with his customer experience stories.

I would have liked to hear more about the technical details of the chatbot's implementation. Though that's not a major complaint since a library was mentioned in the talk and I was able to resolve some other questions during Q&A.

Nice slides and animated examples. I also liked how Christoph incorporated stats into the talk. I would have liked to see stats on the platforms of chatbots and their pros and cons of each (for example Telegram bot v.s. Messenger bot, etc - what demographics for each and things to consider for each platform). I personally think this topic would be more suitable as a workshop to get more hands-on experience on how to build/design a chatbot.
