I'd say top 3 talks of the whole conference, easy! Pim is obviously a veteran in the field and a seasoned speaker. It was amazing.

Probably my favourite talk in 2 days of the conference, very interesting, dynamic, useful and I liked that there were a lot of examples.
I think that speaker missed his career opportunity as a professional actor!
Really useful tips and behavioural pattern displayed with great advices on how to approach conflict situations. Speaker was literally owning the stage. One of the best talk I have heard in my life! Thanks a lot! :)
