Good content; experience and actual metrics > theory. For a 4/5 you need to talk *before* the bullet points. You guide the slides, not the other way around. For 5/5 you should calm and slow down. Work on your walking and standing and deadpan delivered.

For a first talk it was quite good, I have to agree with the Pim's comment, listen to his advices.
