The presentation was a bit rough at times but overall great material and a good session.
A great session, with enough information to really consider improving QA for your own projects. Liked it even more when Stefan and Sebastian actually played the role of customer and developer, it was such a déjà-vu !
Good stuff overall. Got off to a rough start due to tech problems. Would have liked more detail on the metrics, maybe less time spent on testing.
