Enormous lot of info and history. Great in depth notes on the stats. Gives newbies a great platform not to start just following legacy codes or be radical in taking sides. He just encouraged a few more geniuses to be given birth.

Having seen Mr. Crockford present before, I was excited when I saw that he would be at ZendCon. I was however, supremely disappointed in his presentation this time. He seemed ill at ease, and for some reason, not really into the presentation. He even skipped a slide stating "you aren't really interested in this" and moved on. I would have expected a presenter of his pedigree to have reviewed his slides and removed any that were not appropriate for the audience.

This was a disappointing end to an otherwise great conference.

hofs is an old idea and thats really cool how he brings that up on how that is later added in other languages iguess he applies that same idea to goto functions ? Not sure but 5 stars definitely

I might disagree with some conceptions (like praising classless languages), yet great presentation.
