I love seeing this talk - I'd also love to see some additional info about contributing to core but not to core (ops, docs, tests, bug triage, etc)

I was hoping this talk would make the idea of contributing to the PHP core less intimidating. It totally delivered. Also, it was fun :)

Enjoyed this talk but would have enjoyed it more if it had even more personal. At some points, it felt less like "My Journey..." and more of a How-To. But overall, very good.
