Really enjoyed this. Excellently crafted slides and very personable delivery. Hit the right note for giving developers the right amount of detail to understand where this can apply to them and what they can do. Demonstrated the importance of UX throughout a project/product/platform and clearly showed the distinction that UX is not just pretty front-ends.
A demonstration on how to correctly interact with the audience, you're a really good speaker! The topic was interesting, and I'll be looking up some of the books you mentioned.
