The story was good, BUT he never stopped to define what SOA is. Nor did he point out how the old version of the application was not service oriented, and by comparison how the new design was service oriented.

Would have liked more information on how the structures of the 2 applications were different, got more information about refactoring that I had expected. Good energy from the speaker, good passion - just was expecting more of the conversation to be focused on SOA instead of refactoring.
