I don't drink tea or coffee, and since water was only available during the morning break (and some OJ at lunch) I was disappointed with the drink selection. I'd like to see water in real glasses, rather than plastic cups - or better still - plastic bottles that can be taken into the auditorium (tho the cost/environmental concerns about that might not be so great)
Biscuits during the break were plentiful and tasty which was great.

Coffee did its job. Pastries were unexpectedly nice.
There was good drinkable tea, and the pastries and biscuits were nice!
