I guess this talk was one of the best of the conference, because of the topic and the passion of the speaker. He definitely believes in what he's saying :-)
Interesting and well presented. Good through topic coverage. I've especially enjoyed the examples provided: they made a very good point about what ES is. I would've enjoyed a bit more coverage of situations where this model is not suited, so to avoid the risk of being considered the next silver bullet.
