Good discussion with valuable information.

Not much information on upcoming projects, direction and strategies. I feel time would have been better spent on these items rather than on what they do. Sports references should have been left out. Time management could have been improved.

Best conference ever. We were able to get as much work done for the committee during the breaks and over meals during these two and a half days as we were during a year's worth of webinars. Always nice to network with your peers, I find it helps to recharge the professional batteries and the cross pollination of ideas makes the trip worth while.

Always nice to see what other campuses are doing to address the challenges we all face. One of the benefits of the diversity of the UNC system is that one of your sister institutions has probably faced the challenge you are currently facing on your campus.

Thank you thank you thank you. The increased level of collaboration and transparency between your office and those of us responsible for the environments you audit yield benefits both large and small. Capacity planning, scheduling of projects, etc are all impacted by the audit cycle and knowing what the game plan is makes it easier for everyone involved. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to go into the next year with a clear understanding of which standards will be used to evaluate our environments. It always leads to unnecessary stress and wasted effort when no one knows which rule book is going to be used.

Delphi method very useful and this is a good idea for development teams. Would have liked to have done one or two more "hands" of poker. Nice presentation and good engagement.

Good update

These detailed post event analysis are by far the greatest value add of regional conferences. Sharing the painful lessons in a honest and conversational manner gives the rest of us the value of your experience without having to wait for something similar to happen at our institution. Thanks for sharing the insights you have gained, hopefully we will be able to leverage the lessons you have gained back at our institutions. It would be interesting to hear about what happens in year two.

Awesome talk from a very knowledgeable programmer. Helped me to understand agile development. Maybe needed a few more examples and illustrations to ground the concepts. Great presentation, Troy.

Obviously, some great Drupal expertise in the system. App State work is very impressive. I'd like to learn more about it. Valuable session.
