The PHP Community has always stressed the importance of getting involved and sharing knowledge and best practices. At ZendCon you'll get a chance to step up and share your knowledge and skills with everyone at the conference by taking part in the ZendCon UnCon. UnCon sessions are run separately from the main tracks and provide an opportunity to share additional topics of interest . Whether you're an attendee, a conference speaker or sponsor, you're welcome to step up and share with the community.

Great initiative. Thanks for the opportunity to speak at ZendCon after all.

Some suggestions for next year:

* People don't go downstairs in between talks, so maybe have a second (purely informational) board upstairs that shows the upcoming uncon talks. This might drive more people to the uncon talks. (I know you can see the schedule online, but people are lazy ;))

* Maybe communicate more trough twitter, for instance tweets like "If you were in X's talk on Y, don't forget to rate it at: LINK" around the end of the presentations.
