Scrum - Just do it!

From a conceptual point of view, scrum seems to be an interesting thing for developer teams. But there is more. It's a set of methods, meetings and a new mindset. This mindset goes way beyond providing developers with a new toolset, it's more a change of behaviour for the whole organization. This workshop describes the main concepts behind scrum, organizational structures of the teams, outlines workflows and a basic set of tools you can use to start over. We will try different techniques for estimation of tasks and the "inspect and adapt" pattern. This is not a replacement for the trainings of the "certified scrum master" or "certified product owner" but it gives you an insight into the learnings of a real scrum team.
