Very good talk and lot of useful tips on running PHP across various paltforms.

I think this gave a very good overview on common OS's and their differences. Later, the speaker provided good hints on many gotchas.
I would say that the speaker's style is clearly explained, well grounded, engaging, and also very direct and informal. This style may not suit everyone, but the information was well worth the time.
