Educational and entertaining.

Very clever model for getting discussion started. Will suggest to our Training & Organizational Development group for ways to prompt faculty discussions in their training sessions.

This was a really fun exercise. Great way to break the ice and get a team talking about how much work a project might take and what is needed.

Great hands-on application

Delphi method very useful and this is a good idea for development teams. Would have liked to have done one or two more "hands" of poker. Nice presentation and good engagement.
