Rightsizing Project Tracking and Management

This was a great presentation on a very interesting project. It sounds like a genuine effort to think critically about the needs and deliver an efficient and effective solution. I'm really interested in more technical details about the system and development effort, but I think they did a good job of keeping it non-technical.

Interesting presentation of how they arrived at a method that works for them. Seems to be effective solution. Gives food for thought in looking at how my school does this.

Good presentation. Trying to prioritize our projects and manage our resources is an ongoing challenge.
