BOF on management of services with a train-the-trainer approach
Hear our strategy which involves assessing student employee skills, further development of skills through cross-training efforts, and train-the-trainer sessions in coaching skills, instructional content development and delivery methods to provide One-on-One walk-up and appointments for individual clients and project groups, open attendance workshops developed by students, for students, and customized in-class workshops for instructors who want students to use software programs for course projects.

Great presentation about unfilled niche! I wish we had a system like this at our school! Enjoyed learning more about the training and the necessity of the system.
