Not really what I wanted to see. Wanted to hear more about what we should do with our site, not doing a study. Results, not process.

Description of program did not match presentation - was unclear about results of study and suggested improvements. Though this would show us how to improve the usability of our website.

I would have liked to have seen examples of best practices, software examples, suggestions about how to make websites (besides the application process) user friendly.
