Excellent Presentation! Easily understood, incredibly precise and clear - no grey areas, presenter was very knowledgeable of subject thereby adding much to the quality of the session.
I would have liked to have seen examples of best practices, software examples, suggestions about how to make websites (besides the application process) user friendly.
