Two years ago, Enrollment Management at Texas Tech University began an overhaul of the current reporting system to provide and enhanced view of enrollment data. This overhaul was made possible through Texas Tech Universities conversion to Banner and the addition of the Cognos reporting solution. We are now able to provide a 360 degree view of student interactions with admissions, financial aid, and housing with year over year comparisons. This presentation will cover the ground work needed to build the structure, the tools used, and an overview of the reports used on a daily basis in enrollment management.

Too many background details on Texas schools and TT business details. Not enough info about the dashboard, the questions that can be answered, what can't be answered and future direction.
