Our enrollment team works so hard to make each incoming class. New students are filled with enthusiasm, expectation, and then... POW!!!!! They are ambushed by our faculty with a "different" version of the college experience!! This session will give strategies for gaining buy-in by the faculty, aligning recruiting materials with the college vision, insuring a clear and true representation of the program of study, and using faculty members in recruitment events.

Audience participation was high. John & Elaine were very effective at communicating why & how to get faculty involved in recruitment.
