Investing the time and energy into documenting the detailed decisions that are made in Texas A&M University’s admissions processing office paid off when it came time to convert to a new imaging system. The methods that the technical and functional staff used to clearly and accurately document their workflow processes will be discussed.

good presentation; however, it was not specifically a session that covered info pertiennt to my institution. Not what I thought it would be. Overall, a great job.

Interesting PowerPoint display but not as effective or important as I thought. In terms of my college.
