Talk at SACRAO 2011 (English - US)
SESSION ROOM: CAPITOL SOUTH
Staff hired within the past few years may not realize at one point in time we actually got raises! During turbulent economic periods, managers must get creative with ways to motivate and retain staff when performance cannot be rewarded with pay increases. This session will include narratives detailing productive alternatives to pay for performance, including ideas such as flex time, telecommuting, and professional growth and development opportunities. Please join us as we facilitate a discussion and share experiences on the rewards and challenges of these approaches.
