The Yellow Ribbon Program a part of the New GI Bill (Post 9/11 GI Bill) it is a program where the Universities and the VA will match the remaining portion of tuition and fees. The Student has to have 100% benefit rating to be eligible for this program. This Program is a transferable program from the Veterans to their Dependents as well as the Veteran themselves. In most cases the Yellow Ribbon Program will be helpful to those that are out of state are in graduate school. This Post 9/11 GI Bill covers the in state tuition/fees and the Yellow Ribbon Program will basically cover the remaining of the out of state tuition cost.

the session was very informative. The presenter should know that he is with fellow colleagues and that we are not judging him. he was knowledgable of the information. Great q&a period.
