Presentation, followed by round-table.

"Motivating developers" is a presentation aimed at both managers and developers. It will allow managers to better understand the behavior of developers in common enterprise situations. A round-table will follow to establish a dialogue between managers and developers and hopefully solve the many problems that make developers unhappy and lower their productivity.

Beer!

Round tables on this subject are always good, it's like therapy but more productive.
