Having worked in two very different development industries - one client focused (Web Agency) and another product focused (Sage Accounting) - there is a blatant search for improved processes to get work out quicker, have less roadblocks, reduce scope creep, and in essence have a smoother and stress free flow from ignition to completion. In this talk we will look at a few Workflow processes both product and client oriented to see if there really is a magic bullet.

Using Charles Proxy for HTTP Debugging & Testing
In this lightning talk, we’ll look through an amazing tool called Charles Proxy which sniffs all HTTP traffic and provides some useful tools to effectively debug and test your HTTP apps. Charles basically allows you to “man-in-the-middle” yourself (not as dirty as it sounds), and provides a range of options to spoof SSL certificates, display a range of data-interchange formats like JSON, XML, SOAP, AMF, and much more!
