A very balanced, informative tour of several tools (like ElastiCache and Redis) that can be leveraged to improve performance of a website. Also: only a few speakers like Thijs can pull off a 90-minute talk while still keeping it interesting throughout.

Followed the talk remotely, really appreciated it. There was a good balance between the number of topics and the detail the topics were discussed. Good to visualize with the E-Commerce example. For the CDN it was really clear that there were some alternatives, but for varnish, redis, rabbit mq, elasticsearch it might have been interesting to hint why you picked those (market leader? ease of use? ...) and if there are alternatives.
