Great talk, very well presented. Some metaphors could have been expanded on, like the puzzle metaphor (5 corner pieces can be very well unit tested but they don't give you a complete puzzle). Great introduction to why you'd want to do it. I'd add a little more emphasis on the "how" in further iterations of this talk.
