Good talk, quite involving that stopped me yawning like other talks. on a few slides, all the points appeared really fast and was harder to digest than if it can come slower - though this worked for the information overload slide.

The talk was interactive and really makes you think about the process and working habits you follow. I've managed to find out new approach of learning and pay aatention on resting time!

Nice, fast-paced, interactive talk, exploring various ways of how the brain works with sleep/energy/time management and so on. Good stuff.

Its great to meet such a happy and joyful person. A woman that shares her positive energy with the audience. Many life hacks, tips and tricks on how to live better and to be better.

One of mu favorites. Skill soft talks are always good to have on this level conferences. Alena had a great delivery and gives us very useful tips and trick we can apply. I use Focusatwill today at work.
