Great talk, very well explained! I really liked your metaphors with the brewery. All the concepts you talked about (Data Mapper, Switch, Bridges...) are something I will talk about in my tomorrow's talk about legacy code.
Good présentation, good speaker.
Ten minutes in and the speaker was still discussing a product that he had built. I was hoping for more about building the team, not the product. It wasn't until 40 minutes in until the discussion changed to building teams. The first thing said about teams was "I am not going to talk about people, you guys know that already." That's why the audience came!
Audience interaction stuff is nice, but it works best when the audience is really engaged. Also, it is hard to hear audience members because they don't have microphones. Always repeat what the audience says so the rest of the group can hear it.
Good introduction, could have used a few links for some of the projects for lookup and research, some of them are not as googleable as others.
Slides are actually lights which is great to focus on what the speaker is saying.
Speaker's comments are usually great even if sometime there would have been a place for more detailed explanations.

Stefan raised very interesting arguments against using CMSes and Frameworks. I cannot say I do agree with all of them, but I didn't feel that it was a right time to start a holy war :-)
One of the best conference I have ever been. Seriously, Stefan was a great speaker. Since I am a french guy, it is generally hard to understand non-americain english accent and Stefan was really easy to understand. Sebastian and Anks were also great and so generous of their time.
I recommand this conference to anybody who is developping PHP.

Excelent subject, very comprehensive, two minor problems, english fluency but just so little and the presenter had issues with his powerpoint auto-advancing...
Overall, great talk!
